Hikvision DS-KIS611-S 4MP IP Video Intercom Kit

The Hikvision DS-KIS611-S is a complete IP video intercom solution designed for villas, houses, and single-residence applications. It combines a high-resolution 4MP outdoor door station with a 7-inch touchscreen indoor station, providing clear two-way video and audio communication along with convenient access control.

The outdoor DS-KV6114-MWBE1 door station features a 4MP camera with an ultra-wide 150° horizontal and 75° vertical field of view, allowing visitors to be viewed across a broad entrance area. IR illumination provides visibility up to 3 metres, while H.264, H.265, and MJPEG video compression are supported.

Multiple Door Unlocking Methods

The DS-KIS611-S provides flexible access control with four supported authentication methods:

• M1 proximity card
• Bluetooth
• Hik-Connect mobile app
• Indoor station

The door station includes a 13.56 MHz card reader with an M1 card reading distance of approximately 2–2.5 cm. Two relay outputs allow the system to control two locks, with each relay supporting up to 30 VDC / 2 A.

4MP Wide-Angle Video

The outdoor station delivers up to 4MP (2688 × 1520) resolution for detailed visitor images. The 150° horizontal field of view provides wide coverage of the entrance, while IR illumination supports monitoring in low-light conditions.

Supported video resolutions include:

• Main stream: 4MP, 2MP, 1MP
• Sub stream: 2MP, 1MP, 0.3MP
• Video compression: H.264 / H.265 / MJPEG

7-Inch Touchscreen Indoor Station

The included DS-KH6350-WTE1 indoor station features a 7-inch capacitive touchscreen with a 1024 × 600 resolution. It allows users to receive calls, view the door station, communicate with visitors, and operate connected door locks. Hikvision also supports Hik-Connect mobile control for convenient remote operation.

The indoor station supports two-way audio with built-in microphone and loudspeaker, along with noise suppression and echo cancellation for clearer conversations.

Wi-Fi 6 and PoE Connectivity

The outdoor door station supports 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, and 10/100 Mbps Ethernet. Standard PoE simplifies installation by allowing power and network communication to be delivered over a single Ethernet cable.

The indoor station also supports standard PoE and 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, providing flexible installation options.

Recording, Playback & Storage

The system supports video recording and playback through the indoor station or door station. The door station supports TF cards up to 128 GB, with FAT32 and exFAT supported.

The current DS-KIS611-S package includes a 32GB TF card, providing storage straight out of the box.

Outdoor Protection

The DS-KV6114-MWBE1 door station is designed for outdoor installation and has an IP65 protection rating. It operates across a wide temperature range of -40°C to 60°C, making it suitable for demanding outdoor environments.

Smart Audio Detection

The door station supports sound classification detection for events including:

• Scream detection
• Glass-breaking sound detection
• Crying sound detection

The recommended detection distance for these smart audio features is up to 3 metres.
