All  video boxes sold by RTC Electronics come with a 2-year warranty ensuring them free from manufacturing and material flaws. The original buyer who provides evidence of purchase is eligible for this warranty. This warranty does not cover any product failure or damage resulting from events outside RTC Electronics’ control, such as misuse, negligence, or accidental damage, inaccurate application or installation, alterations, Act of God, or ordinary wear and tear. Any removal or installation expenses are not the responsibility of RTC Electronics. Cables’ full and exclusive obligation under this warranty is to, in our exclusive discretion, either repair or replace the defective item. RTC Electronics disclaims any additional warranties, express or implied, including the implied warranty of merchantability. RTC Electronics  won’t be held responsible for any losses, including lost or anticipated profits, delays, consequential damages, or other, unique damages.
